Personally the tire fence isn't something I'd want because I'd be paranoid about some kind of toxic gunk breaking down out of the tire but I do live in an area with some brutal sun and a lot of rain so that might be less of a concern in other areas. Any way you cut it though the government really has no role in this matter and the guy was clearly recycling the tires into something very useful.

I agree with the Duck. Too many people holding back forward motion.

QWAK,It is my understanding that "Waist Managment" was and likely still IS well CONECTED and has MOB ties and the MOB owns JUDGES and public officials any ware it could help protect and further their business intrists.

I would bet a dollar to a doenut that "Waist Managment" is the real entity behind this TRAVISTY as they crush any compitition for their very lucrative "Tire RECICLING" scam/business!

I could be wrong but I dbout it, as this goes far beyond simple ignorence and stupidity of state officials!
